WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT BOXKD?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We know that sometimes an item may not be what you expected and because of this we have a 28 Day return policy here at BOXKD. You can return your box or hampers as long as items have not been opened from there singular packaging for example – Prosecco has not been opened. Please send an email to email@example.com so we can provide you with a return label and be in correspondence via email. If any original packaging is damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Please check our store policy page for full details.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not yet offer this service. As a small business we are constantly growing to suit the needs of our customers. Our aim is to keep you updated as to when we will be launching gift credit services.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Our current payment options are currently Credit/Debit card and PayPal.
HOW CAN I CUSTOMISE A HAMPER?
As we have recently launched we are unable to provide this service. We will have pre selected items provided in Hampers. However, in the new future it will be a 4 step procedure that will be explained throughout your purchase.
